How long does it take to make my spirit flags?
After you place your order, your custom field runner flags will ship in as few as 10 business days! An order is not considered placed until both artwork approval and payment/school purchase order is received. We also offer free pickup in Leesburg, Virginia. Please note that shipping time is separate and begins after your item has finished production.
What material are your field runner flags made out of?
Our varsity cheerleading spirit flags are made with polyester fabric. The polyester flags are wrinkle-resistant and printed using a superior quality dye sublimation process—and they’re machine washable.
What flag sizes do you offer?
Standard sizes for our field runner flags are:
- 5’x3′
- 6’x4′
- 8’x5′
Our 5′ or 7′ aluminum poles are lightweight making transporting as easy as ever.
How many colors can my flags be?
Our team will create a custom design just for you. Our flags are dye-sublimated in full-color on single-sided print-thru or true double-sided fabric. Our solid standard flags are 1-color and cannot be printed.
What’s the difference between true double-sided and single-sided print-thru?
Double-sided flags can have the same or different designs on each side, as they are two pieces of fabric sewn together.
Our single-sided flags use a print-thru technique, meaning the design is printed on one side and bleeds through to the other side. While visible on the back, the image on the back will be a fainter, mirror image of the front.

Do you offer product samples?
Yes! We offer a product sample guide, which includes samples of the following cheerleading sign materials:

Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes! We accept signed purchase orders from schools.
What needs to be included on a PO?
Please send a PDF or photo of your signed PO to your designer. It must include:
- School name and address
- Our business name (CheerleadingSigns.Shop or OG Media LLC)
- PO number
- Total amount for your order
- Signature of the school official authorized to approve purchases
A PO number alone is not sufficient—we need the full document to process your order.
How does payment work with a PO?
A purchase order is an agreement to pay, not payment itself. Here’s what to expect:
- Submit your signed PO to get your order into production.
- Once your order is delivered, we’ll send you an invoice.
- Forward the invoice to your bookkeeper or accounts payable contact to process payment.
