How long does it take to make my breakaway banner?
After you place your order, your custom breakaway banner will ship in as few as 10 business days! An order is not considered placed until both artwork approval and payment (or a school purchase order) is received. We also offer porch pickup in Leesburg, Virginia. Please note that shipping time is separate and begins after your item has finished production.
What material are your breakaway banners made out of?
Our varsity cheerleading breakaway banners are crafted from high-quality 100% polyester fabric. This material is durable and machine-washable. The design is printed directly onto the fabric using a superior dye sublimation process, ensuring long-lasting color and vibrant image clarity.

Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Yes! We accept signed purchase orders from schools.
What needs to be included on a PO?
Please send a PDF or photo of your signed PO to your designer. It must include:
- School name and address
- Our business name (CheerleadingSigns.Shop or OG Media LLC)
- PO number
- Total amount for your order
- Signature of the school official authorized to approve purchases
A PO number alone is not sufficient—we need the full document to process your order.
How does payment work with a PO?
A purchase order is an agreement to pay, not payment itself. Here’s what to expect:
- Submit your signed PO to get your order into production.
- Once your order is delivered, we’ll send you an invoice.
- Forward the invoice to your bookkeeper or accounts payable contact to process payment.
