Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?

Yes! We accept signed purchase orders from schools.

What needs to be included on a PO?

Please send a PDF or photo of your signed PO to your designer. It must include:

  • School name and address
  • Our business name (CheerleadingSigns.Shop or OG Media LLC)
  • PO number
  • Total amount for your order
  • Signature of the school official authorized to approve purchases

A PO number alone is not sufficient—we need the full document to process your order.

How does payment work with a PO?

A purchase order is an agreement to pay, not payment itself. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Submit your signed PO to get your order into production.
  2. Once your order is delivered, we’ll send you an invoice.
  3. Forward the invoice to your bookkeeper or accounts payable contact to process payment.
