What needs to be included on a PO?
Please send a PDF or photo of your signed PO to your designer. It must include:
- School name and address
- Our business name (CheerleadingSigns.Shop or OG Media LLC)
- PO number
- Total amount for your order
- Signature of the school official authorized to approve purchases
A PO number alone is not sufficient—we need the full document to process your order.
How does payment work with a PO?
A purchase order is an agreement to pay, not payment itself. Here’s what to expect:
- Submit your signed PO to get your order into production.
- Once your order is delivered, we’ll send you an invoice.
- Forward the invoice to your bookkeeper or accounts payable contact to process payment.
